Service Man

 

Job Description: Carry out cleaning operations on vehicles to the specified quality standards to achieve Customer Satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

CLEANING OPERATIONS : Ensure quality of the cleaning job by following a specified process :

• Ensure all windows & doors are closed to prevent wetting interior.
• Washing (with steam & shampoo) ; include engine bay, wheel wells, underbody etc.
• Drying (with soft & clean cloth)
• Polishing (with soft and clean cloth)
• Vacuum cleaning (floor mats, carpet & luggage compartment)
• Wiping the car interior thoroughly (incl. foot wells, and scuff plates)
• Emptying and wiping ashtrays (front & rear)
• Cleaning lower portions of car (mud flaps, running boards, bumpers etc)
• Ensuring paper mats and polythene seat covers are in place
• Polishing tyres

 

INTEGRITY:        

• Ensure no loss of customer's possession (eg. Money, fuel coupons, cheque books, jewellery, perfumes, clothes, detachable accessories, cigarettes, etc.)
•  Inform Management promptly in case of vehicle damage.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION : Ensure sincere and professional execution of the job, resulting in outstanding customer Satisfaction.

 

SAFETY:

• Ensure utmost care when driving /moving customer cars.
• Ensure utmost care when parking, opening doors to prevent damage to other cars

 

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  Primary school or High school graduate

 

Minimum Experience:  2-3 years as serviceman in a reputed workshop

 

Job-Specific Skills:  Understand and speak English and preferably Arabic / Urdu/Hindi

• Job demands a high level of physical exertion.
• Candidate should be in good health, young and energetic.
• Customer Service orientation
• Possess driving skills.
