Junior Technician - Aftersales - Al Futtaim - Dubai 
Reports to:  Service Supervisor
Department:    After Sales 
Location:    U.A.E.

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
 Automobile related diploma/certificate.

 

Experience 
At least 3 years of relevant experience.

 

Job-Specific Skills: 
Strong Mechanical / Electrical knowledge.
Familiar with appropriate workshop equipment and tools and capable of working with them.
Ability to read and analyse drawings and schematics, reference service manuals and understand mechanical installation related information.
Basic PC skills.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to provide established standards of customer service.

Capable of working under pressure, honesty and productivity.
