Engineering Team Lead – Laundry & Home Care – Port Said Plant at Henkel

Location: Heliopolis

Job Description:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive & corrective maintenance activities to maximize use of maintenance technicians and minimize downtime
• Regularly update the CMMS program by utilizing equipment’s criticality matrix and setting the appropriate reliability approach to optimize performance
• Ensure achievement of main maintenance KPIs through applying maintenance and engineering work processes (MTBF, MTTR, BD%, etc.)
• Optimize equipment functionality to comply with the production process as well as improve productivity
• Organize and execute on-job training to all maintenance staff
• Plan and manage projects & maintenance assigned activities
• Ensure implementation of safety programs
• Provide a safe and reliable manufacturing environment through a continuous improvement culture with emphasis on condition-based reliability centered maintenance, standardization, and cost management

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  

 Relevant Experience:

• 3-5 years of FMCG maintenance-related experience

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Fluent English speaker
• Proficient user of MS Office applications and Autocad
• Proven technical leadership in implementation of projects
• Knowledge of PM strategies and root cause analysis techniques
• PLC and automation experience is preferable
