Corporate Transport Driver

About the Position:

We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Transport Driver to join Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai.  The main purpose of this role is to ensure the safe and timely transport of AF Group and External Client’s staff to and from their place of work by exercising defensive and safe driving methods and adhering to RTA rules and regulations.

 

Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Daily submission of pre-trip inspections, trip-sheets and fuel slips.
• Passengers to be collected and dropped off as per the planned route schedule. In case of traffic jams and other dangerous conditions defensive and safe driving methods must be maintained.   
• A clean and neat AFL standard uniform must be worn at all times whilst on duty. Drivers must be courteous to all passengers and must ensure that their buses are clean and neat.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should have High School qualification with a valid UAE Driving License category 3, 5 & 6. You must be knowledgeable with the UAE traffic rules and regulations. You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Driver in the UAE preferably in a transportation industry.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have the ability to speak, read and write in English and ideally have basic Arabic speaking skills. You must be customer focus and has the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude with the customers.
