Toyota Store Advisor

 

Al-Futtaim Motors is embarking on an innovative and exciting venture of introducing a concept store in the UAE for its flagship brand Toyota. A concept that creates a transformative, seamless retail experience that puts the customers, both new and existing, in complete control of the way they want to explore, choose, create, test and buy a Toyota.

 

We are looking for customer centric, retail oriented candidates that have a passion to work in a sales and customer service environment in the Toyota brand. The store advisor will be responsible to create an outstanding experience supporting the customer to explore the brand while acting as the one point of contact during their journey. The right candidate will be driven by her / his passion and obsession for the customer, automobiles and the brand which will translate to the innovative and disruptive thinking and ideas that the candidate brings to the table.

 

Job Purpose:

 

To provide an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and service targets with retained gross margins on volume and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance products, trade ins and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on CSV & NPS throughout the customer journey.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a seamless/excellent customer experience along with full guidance given to every and each customer, to meet their needs and to ensure they are fully empowered to make the right choice.
  • Achieve customer service standards and create the right environment for the customer
  • Achieve monthly unit sales and service targets by taking the customer through the Mall Customer Journey.
  • Achieve monthly Finance & Insurance product sales target
  • Excellent understanding of the sales systems. Good knowledge of digital platforms and confident in the use of all digital devices enabling support to customers during their mall experience.
  • Achieve the set Trade-ins and dealer installed options (DIO) Accessories sales targets.
  • Ensure capture of customer data. Conversion from Web/Walk to be at 25%. 

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Written and spoken English is a must; Arabic is preferable. 
  • Strong digital knowledge is a must
  • Sales and customer experience (Preferred hospitality/Retail Background and Automotive experience)

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years sales experience in a retail enviornment
  • Automotive background desirable.

Job Specific Skills 

  • Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices.
  • Ability to develop and execute action plans
  • Excellent planning and scheduling
  • Ability to multitask
  • Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Digitally Savy – comfortable with Data accuracy (attention to detail).
