Location: Giza

Job Description:

– Work closely with IBM business to ensure that CSI cost is accounted for accurately, and payment (when needed) is also accurate and in-line with the CSI office calculations.
– Work with IBM team to ensure proper clauses in IBM agreements with customers and vendors for all line of business
– Communicate CSI requirements to business, and support the preparation process
– Collect all required documents for CSI process, and ensure accurate timely compliance process
– Ensure that all the requested documents, contracts of the CI filing process comply with the CI Law.
– Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (construction insurance offices, Casual labor office) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
– Maintain tracker of all ongoing contracts and ensure CSI compliance and certificates are received on time to support collection
– Lead all CSI communications, and audits internally and externally.
– Identify and communicate any CSI risk areas along with its risk management tools, mitigation plan, and contingency
– Lead regular awareness sessions for CSI
– Get feedback from business on CSI process, and accommodate for their requirements in compliant way

Job Requirements:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

– English Speaking
– Excellent communication skills, specially in Arabic
– Contractor/Social Insurance Experience
– Team player
– Multi-National Corporation experience
– Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance & construction insurance procedures.
