Location: Heliopolis
Job Description:
- Execute and support process migrations, delivery, and improvements based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLAs
- Participate in setting-up yearly plan/timeline
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding the format, scale & order of questions
- Align with stakeholders on the final list of questions
- Create an efficient reporting system
- Consolidate raw data and create graphs for closed ended questions
- Administer and develop surveys on Henkel’s standard tool
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
Relevant Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
