Job Description:

* Design, write, and drive detailed specifications for development and maintenance of a robust reporting system measuring and driving content operations process improvement in throughout, cycle-time, and cost
* Drive development of quantitative models necessary for evaluation and implementation of metrics
* Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
* Develop queries for ad hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting

Job Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline

Relevant Experience:

· 3+ years of professional experience in web analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:         

· Experience with MS Excel, Access and SQL/SAS
· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
· Detail-oriented with an aptitude for solving unstructured problems
· Experience in developing reports and dashboards using various reporting platforms
· Strong project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
