Field Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicles (HINO Trucks & Toyota Material Handling) - Al Futtaim Dubai
The job holder is responsible to drive and develop Commercial Vehicles Parts Sales business by maintaining and improving existing customers as well as developing additional accounts within the territorial area.
Description of the Accountability
Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns
Conducts regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels
Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
Submission of daily call reports indicating the daily visits made to existing customers and new customers
To ensure that Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target
To coordinate the delivery of the parts ordered by the customers and ensure 360 degree follow up
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- High School Certificate/ Diploma (12 years of school education)
- Relevant diploma / industry qualification will be of added advantage
Minimum Experience:
- 2-3 years automotive experience in parts sales (preferably Commercial Vehicle), ideally field sales experience (preferably with Commercial Vehicle Trade Customers)
Job-Specific Skills:
- Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
- UAE’s valid Driver’s License
- Relationship management skills
- Customer service and target oriented
- Strong negotiations skills
