Field Sales Executive – Wholesale Oil
About the Position:
We are currently looking for a competent & performance driven Field Sales Executive to work within our Wholesale Oil Division of Al Futtaim Aftersales across the UAE. Your main role is to manage & achieve overall sales target through dealers, workshop, government and fleet customers. You should be aware of new market opportunities and trends and to consciously update your knowledge of product, specifications and prices.
Specifically, your key accountabilities are as follows:
- Achieve monthly sales target of Oil sales of Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO), Heavy Duty Motor Oil (HDMO) & Industrial Oil
- Administer prices of competition to offer the best value proposition keeping in line with company objective on Gross Margin
- Strengthen relationship with existing and new customers through daily interaction and visits
- Cultivate new leads / customers through the region
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Forecasting on region wise performance and market trends, competitor information tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with various departments in the Organization to meet customer needs
- Personal development through training
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a University Bachelor Degree preferably in Automotive field and must have at least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales and must have high level of selling skills in the context of Oil sales to large accounts (B2B). You should have the ability to solve problems and deliver sales results within set timeframe and must have in depth knowledge of Financial & Markets. Valid UAE driving license is a must for this role and Arabic speakers will have a good advantage!
