Job Description:
- Manage engineering support for all the processes and activities of agile software development.
- Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Work without considerable direction and may supervise team members.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- HS diploma or GED required
Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment
- Experience in solving problems at a macro level and micro level
- Experience with running a team of 5 or more people via remote or in-person depending on the day
- Experience with applying the agile methodology to non-development teams a plus
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and team dynamics through continuous process improvement
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Certified Scrum Master
