Job Description:

Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making or resource allocation.
Use modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematical techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines in determining solutions.
Assist with the collection, processing, and reviewing of Information Warfare lessons learned and best practices within a Naval client’s respective span of control.

Job Requirements:

Education:

AA or AS degree
BA or BS degree in Operations Research, Operations Management, Applied Psychology, or a related field preferred

Relevant Experience:

Experience with supporting any Service or Joint Lessons Learned Program via the review, validation, and processing of fleet submissions in the Navy Lessons Learned Information System
Experience with crafting analytical findings of program, process, or policy issues

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Knowledge of the Navy Lessons Learned Program Manager in the review, validation, and processing of fleet submissions in the Navy Lessons Learned Information System
Ability to provide subject matter expertise on lessons learned collection requirements in the Navy client’s respective span of control
TS/SCI clearance
Ability to assist with the collection, processing, and reviewing of IW lessons learned and best practices
Ability to apply expertise and advice in the review and implementation of corrective action for specific issues based on lessons learned trends and post deployment briefs, where appropriate
