Senior Product Manager – Marketing at Amazon – UAE

Job Description:

· Lead the development of customer-focused product strategy and vision supported by analysis.
· Define roadmaps for creative, high quality, simple products.
· Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.
· Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, technical limitations, performance and operational support.
· Work closely with engineering, business development and program management to deliver products to market.
· Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other product team members.
· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

· 5+ years online/digital product management experience.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

· Strong customer experience, and a track record of delivering valuable customer-facing features.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
· Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
· Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail.
· Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
