Job Description:
1. Accountable for evolving a homogeneous, integrated, and unified GDC Active Directory solutions portfolio and defining the solutions strategy and roadmap to fulfil best the business demand driven by business needs, operational excellence, and cost efficiency in lose alignment with architecture.
2. Accountable to develop the GDC Active Directory design building blocks as part of the Solution Blueprint Framework (SBP), which can be re-used across Local Markets to foster standardization impacting positively the cost base.
3. Accountable to apply and oversee GDC Active Directory standards and ensure compliance, modus operandi, guidelines, templates, work instructions, interfaces and processes for all solution integration. Ensure Change and Configuration Management is aligned with design policies and operational procedures.
4. Accountable to raise work requests (RLMs, CRQs, PSRs) for solution implementation towards needed teams for special build/configuration activities. Maintains solution asset lists and project archive. Responsible to prepare input for DC-SAB, responsible for detailed alignment and decisions with the wider IT organization including, Network,IT Security, OIT, etc. Tracks deliverables in terms of time and quality up to „ready for production status “. Tracks/ claims outstanding deliverables from other stakeholders in the build.
5. Accountable for service transition and service enablement, delivering smooth integration and knowledge transfer to support new GDC Active Directory capabilities into the standardized Vodafone Group solutions

Job Requirements:

1.Fluent in English.
2. Must have a strong and proven track record of engineering leadership in Active Directory services and Microsoft windows servers administration.
3. Good understanding of operational procedures and process standards (e.g. ITIL).
4. Rounded service/ solution management skills and background in a diverse / multinational technical and operational Active Directory environment.
5. Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level.
