Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
8+ years of professional experience in user experience/visual design domain
Experience with front-end programming is preferred
Provide URL featuring examples of interaction design work
Solid knowledge of user experience and interface tools (Sketch, Zeplin)
Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD
Cross departmental communication skills
Product planning and execution skills
Good understanding of design thinking process from ideation to prototyping and testing
Ability to manage a team of designers, animators, or any required roles

Job Description:

Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into tangible, useful product concepts.
Design flows and experiences that are functional, intuitive and simple.
Collaborate with product owners to define product requirements and specifications.
Align with marketing and communications, and product marketing teams to provide products that match the target audience, value proposition and market expectations.
Collaborate with the brand management team to provide products that align with the core brand guidelines, principles, values and visual style guide.
Present concepts to the executive and engineering teams for better understanding of the designed product.
Provide technical product design guidelines that guide engineers to implement the designed product smoothly.
Monitor product execution with engineering and align the output implementation with provided concepts and design guidelines.
Provide and solicit feedback from other team members in order to continually raise the quality bar.
