HVAC Maintenance Project (x20 job vacancies)

 

Al Futtaim Engineering is a multi-disciplinary engineering company in the UAE, KSA and Qatar. Facilities Management division is specialized in providing the facilities maintenance to its customers.

We are pleased to announce 20 job openings to support various HVAC Maintenance Projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates in the UAE.

All candidates should be locally-based and available in the UAE to start work preferably in October / November 2020. The project will be on a 6-day work rotation of 8-hour work shift + overtime. You will be required to carry out corrective, reactive and planned preventive maintenance (Repair, Maintenance & Commissioning) of HVAC system (for all HVAC roles) / Chillers (for Chiller Technician role), equipment (Unitary DX units, Packaged & Split A/C units), installation and refurbishment works. You must have thorough knowledge of Health & Safety requirements demonstrating high standard HSE practice.

Chiller Technician (x7 nos.)

  • Total 5 - 7 years’ experience in Chillers maintenance; Applied products of residential, commercial and industrial facilities
  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience working in the GCC region in a similar role
  • High School or Vocational Technical Certificate / ITI
  • Understanding of system sequence of operation of chillers & associated equipment, schematics of Unitary (Window, all types of Split AC, Package AC) and applied HVAC products (AHU’s, FCU)

Sr. HVAC Technician (x8 nos.)

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance of Unitary; Applied products of residential, commercial and industrial facilities
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in the GCC region in a similar role
  • High School or Vocational Technical Certificate / ITI
  • Ability to manage a team of technicians, as and when required

HVAC Technician (x5 nos.)

  • Total 5 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance of Unitary; Applied products of residential, commercial and industrial facilities
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in the GCC region in a similar role
  • High School or Vocational Technical Certificate / ITI
