JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure the smooth running of the As  - Is department in order to provide the customer with the best possible price options on the resale of damaged or returned goods, to maximise the sales potential on these products.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Provide visitors to As-Is with a positive shopping experience by being service-minded, ensuring that all relevant standards are met or exceeded and general routines and housekeeping is of the highest standard.
  • Ensure all returned or damaged items are displayed effectively in order to offer the customer a clear and concise vision of the discount on offer for each product.
  • Make sure the products in AS-IS area have the price tag which reflect the new price.
  • Clean and tidy up the AS-IS area to maintain IKEA Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • High School

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 – 4 years
  • Knowledge of retail operations
