Visual Merchandiser - ACE Hardware - Dubai

 

About the Role: 

To maintain and implement the visual display in SZR ensuring that the most effective VM guidelines are used for promotional displays and features. To create and print the POS material in keeping with the company standard.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• To be responsible and accountable for maintaining the store display standards.
• To effectively be the communication link between the Store and the Regional Office for the VM Dept.
• Arranges merchandise, signage and backdrops in line with company standards.
• Liaise with the Store Supervisor to ensure that merchandise used for display is available for customer purchase.
• Remain aware of all in store development e.g.: new ranges, promotions, top sellers within each dept.
• Responsible for the implementation of the promotions in SZR Store.
• Responsible for the dispatch of instore POS to the other locations.

 

About the person:

• At least 2 years retail experience preferably within a VM / store display capacity
• Planning & prioritising
• Products handled : Hardware & lifestyle products
• UAE Experience 
• At least 2 years in a retail environment
• Some further education in a creative field would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Photo Shop, Quark, PowerPoint.
