Job Title:            Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager

Reports to:        Head of Performance Marketing & Optimisation  

 

Job Purpose

 

The position is responsible for working on optimisation of all aspects of Digital Marketing, such as Online Advertising, Websites, CRM and Analytics. These activities are performed across the division and supporting all Auto brands. The role provides business expertise and direction on how the division can best leverage data and information to drive optimisation and increase performance across the digital touchpoints. The role also provides thought leadership surrounding digital (web, social, SEO, advertising) analytics and experience optimisation as well as work directly with brands to implement sophisticated web analytics and personalisation programs.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Media & Advertising Optimization

  • Responsible for the Tagging, Tracking and Optimization of all Digital Media & Advertising campaigns across the division (UAE).
  • Main point of contact for all automotive digital media tracking / technical relations for PHD, with a focus on increasing media efficiencies and driving divisional wide best practice.
  • Develop new innovative ways in which to further optimise advertising, such as attribution models
  • Responsible for the Tagging and Tracking all Hybris campaigns across the division (UAE).
  • Implement a division-wide attribution model to define and optimise the top-performing media mix.
  • Create & implement re-targeting list and campaigns for all brands.
  • Optimise Media to Reduce Brand Cost Per Lead (CPL) & overall Cost Per Sale (CPS).
  • Create a framework for agencies & brands.

 

Website Optimisation

  • Responsible for the constant optimisation of AFA website and all other websites across the division; focusing on increasing conversions, time spent on site, bounce rate
  • Implement tests and strategies that focus on increasing conversions and improving user experience (UX) across the division for all web platforms.
  • Project Lead on International websites, including CMC, Al-Ghazi
  • Develop and execute A/B, MVT and other tests scenarios to improve user experience and conversions rates.
  • Develop and execute personalisation and targeting strategies based on customer profile segmentation studies and interactions of each consumer with the website
  • Increase engagement across the websites resulting in incremental leads. This includes increasing page per visit, Time on Site and decreased bounce rates.
  • Decreasing enquiry form abandonment rates across all key conversion points.

 

Search Engine Optimisation

  • Responsible for developing and driving a divisional wide SEO program (14 brands) that focuses on increasing relevant organic traffic and increasing conversion rates through organic channels.
  • Hold Monthly meetings with all individual brands to update them of the status and improvement areas
  • Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy.
  • Increase overall relevant SERP impressions, traffic and leads for brands.
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content optimisation.

 

Digital Analytics (Web, Advertising, Online Performance)

  • Manage all digital analytic provider relationships and track, tag and measure all brand campaigns through the various analytics platforms ensuring all goals and events are in place.
  • Through the data and analytics, provide improvement plans to increase performance
  • Lead and roll out the integration of Google Analytics premium across the division in line with PHD.
  • Create Reporting Framework for Optimisation of all Online Campaigns.
  • Provide Analysis & Reports on Key Competitors Across the Region.

 

Automotive Insights Platform

  • Responsible for the overall Automotive Insights platform from a Marketing perspective
  • Constantly enrich and develop deeper insights, through identifying and adding new data layers to drive tangible performance improvement areas
  • Further, develop the divisional wide Insights Platform that transforms our marketing and sales analytics to deliver richer and tangible business insights.
  • Deliver data migration/integration into all key platforms for both 1st & 3rd party data.
  • Develop and deliver the roadmap for all future insight phases.
  • Create an adoption & usage framework for the insights platform.
  • Develop advanced data visualisation that highlights key business opportunities.

 

 

Qualifications, experience & skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Digital Marketing role and/or hold a relevant degree
  • Delivered web development optimisation projects
  • Social CRM management experience
  • Advanced Google analytics experience
  • Experience in developing AB & MVT testing across channels and platforms
  • Delivered proven SEO projects that have delivered incremental ROI.
  • Advanced knowledge of planning, executing and measuring digital media.

 

 

Job-Specific Skills

  • Advanced analytical & data interpretation skills.
  • Proven expertise in delivering analysis that yields new insights to increase efficiencies
  • Experience in running various tests and analysis to determine key areas of improvements
  • Experience in increase marketing and media effectiveness that improve ROI
  • Experience in an analytical role with vast quantities of data to drive informed decision making
  • Understanding of the media landscapes (DMP’s, exchanges, programmatic buying, etc)
