If you share our passion for creating an airline people love, we want to hear from you. **Role Summary** The Senior Schedule Planning Analyst is a subject matter expert in producing flight schedules that meet the needs of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air’s guests, operational groups, and profitability goals. This role make decisions in implementing seasonal flight schedules, with consideration to a multitude of cross-divisional variables, goals, and requirements. **Key Duties** + Acts as a subject matter expert in producing flight schedules that meet the needs of passengers, operational groups, and profitability goals, with consideration to a multitude of cross-divisional variables and requirements. + Serves as key contact point with Future Schedules group and Capacity Planning, responsible for coordinating permanent schedule changes and applicable constraints and schedule development parameters. + Develops, analyzes and maintains Tableau reporting structure and works with cross-departmental leadership on schedule reporting and visibility. + Partners with Planning and Operations leadership to review schedules and solves complex schedule problems by developing innovative solutions for assigned hubs and regions. Refines schedules as needed. + Manages the development and enhancement of departmental tools including Tableau. Utilizes Sabre Schedule Manager and Fleet Assignment Model (FAM) tools to successfully set up airline schedules for operational and financial success. + Evaluates the operational impact of near-term schedule adjustments, including new routes, frequency, time, and equipment changes. + Provides feedback and analysis to support commercial planning decisions, including airport real estate, fleet planning, and other strategic initiatives. **Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills** **Required** + 4 years of experience in airline schedule planning, network planning, or revenue management, or experience in a relevant/related analytical role. + Bachelor’s degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
