BRANCH MANAGER - Dubai Festival City | Automall

 

Job Purpose: Manage Al Futtaim’s highest volume used car showroom in the UAE, responsible for 40+ staff in sales, administration, stock and display

 

Job Description:

  • Ensuring that budgeted unit sales and gross margins for the branch are achieved or exceeded
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch across all facets of the business 
  • Ensuring all vehicle, showroom & display are managed & presented to the highest standards
  • Proactively drive initiatives to ensure all stock & inventory is managed according to company policies & standards
  • Recruit, train, develop and motivate staff
  • Responsible for the clear and effective implementation of marketing campaigns & strategies
  • Develop & drive ideas to further generate new business
  • Address customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and achieve Customer Engagement targets
  • General Administration of the branch to ensure that branch showroom, Vehicles, buildings and stores are kept and maintained in proper upkeep and effective action is taken where necessary

 

         

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a branch manager/general manager/dealer principal in the automotive industry, with a proven track record managing a high-volume retail business
  • Good marketing and customer care skills.
  • Sound leadership, planning analytical, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have impeccable communication skills
  • Must have a proven record of meeting targets. 
  • Fluent English
  • Computer literate with Microsoft outlook, Word, and Excel
