Team Leader – Contract Logistics | Al Futtaim Logistics | Dubai
About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit an x2 experienced Team Leader for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. As a Team Leader in Contract Logistics, you will ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all ex-Free zone rules and regulations.
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Achieve defined KPI Targets
- Inbound and Outbound system functionality
- Inbound and Outbound documentation
- Reporting
- Customer Service – increasing the customer’s confidence in dealing with AFL
- Inventory control – PI counts & subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks & quarantine products
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2-years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics/warehousing industry. You must have an effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and ability to solve problems quickly. Knowledge in warehouse management system is a definite advantage!
