Digital Marketing Manager | Global Aftersales Automotive | Dubai

About the Position:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Service Marketing, you will be responsible for executing digital campaigns/offers in line with the GAS marketing strategy to maximise enquiries, sales, retention and loyalty for the Global Aftersales business divisions. You will implement and manage the Ecommerce B2C & B2B platforms for Aftersales products (Service, Parts, Tyres, Battery and Car care products), building a dedicated annual digital strategy and action plan to drive traffic and sales.

 

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

 

eCommerce Projects:

  • Deliver on assigned tasks & responsibilities based on Project plan, needs and requirements
  • Proactively identify any process improvements to accelerate the project delivery within and beyond immediate scope.

 

eCommerce Platforms Management:

  • Monitor B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms’ business performance
  • Monitor digital KPIs on daily basis and implement C/M when required
  • Monitoring and updating product content in collaboration with business divisions, product & pricing team
  • Implement best practices for content creation, maintenance, and new product listings.

 

Digital Marketing (Planning & Analysis):

  • Support Head of Service Marketing in developing future digital strategy for Aftersales products
  • Act as a key point of contact for the media agency (PHD) with a focus on increasing buying efficiency
  • Responsible for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, display and social media advertising
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals. Draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making on next steps
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, knowledge and skills:

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Suitable business qualification (Degree level).
  • Expert knowledge of Digital Marketing practices (including Digital Media), and thorough knowledge of Web Analytics, CRM and CX.
  • Strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 yrs. of eCommerce and Digital Marketing experience with a mininum of 3 years in the Middle East (Automotive Marketing experience preferred but not essential).
  • Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience in marketing cloud software and Digital Analytics Tools
  • Experience in using a variety of CMS platforms and tools
  • Experience in managing Social CRM platforms and activations.
  • Experience in creating cross channel digital campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Planning and execution
  • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
