Key Account Manager – Eicher Bus |FAMCO | Abu Dhabi

About the Position:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager - Eicher Bus in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will focus on sales of Eicher product range, Eicher product range handlers through current customers’ base & expand customer base for FAMCO. You will be responsible for achieving budgeted targets, constant feedback on market requirements to meet stocking levels to achieve budgeted market potential.

 

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Achieve monthly and annual Bus sales targets
  • Achieve pre-determined gross margin on sales
  • Give a regular feedback on the market & competitors' activities to the management via prompt and regular reporting
  • Enhance customer base in the designated region of Abu Dhabi
  • Achieve and maintain high CSI rating
  • Work within the parameters of company guidelines
  • Work closely with the sales admin and marketing staff as a good team player and provide support whenever required
  • Maintain a high level of integrity while performing the above functions
  • Follow company policy and processes

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, knowledge and skills:

 

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

  • Must have a good understanding of commercial vehicles in general and buses market
  • Must have  2-4 years’ experience in selling of commercial vehicles, buses in particular
  • Must have adequate knowledge of Commercial Vehicles – Buses local market
  • Must have an existing customer base in the local market for Commercial Vehicles – Buses

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills & good team player.
  • Passion for continuous learning & improvement
  • UAE driving license will be a must.
