About the Role
We are currently looking for Process & Compliance Specialist to join our Group Procurement Team to manage procurement contracts as well as e-auctions on ARIBA Contacts & E-Sourcing modules.
About the Responsibilities
Manage procurement contracts on ARIBA contracts module
- Create, prepare, review, and edit variety of contracts with business stakeholders.
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
- Understanding on Contract redlining, review, acceptance.
- Liaise with business & legal to discuss complex contract matters.
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
Manage online auctions/events on ARIBA E-Sourcing module
- Create and monitor different e-auction events while demonstrating excellent relationship with the stakeholders.
- Enable, train, and support new and existing bidders on Ariba e-sourcing platform.
- Reviewing, comparing, analysing the quotation of the suppliers.
- Provide refresher training for existing bidders.
- Work closely with category specialists and the business unit in implementing the best negotiation practice for the online bidding event.
Ensure compliance to group procurement policies and procedures
- Upkeep of procurement processes SOPs
- Maximize the usage of the Ariba e-auctions & contract management solutions to increase spend under management.
- Manage ISO certification process
About the Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Minimum 6 Years of experience in procurement function
Job-Specific/Technical Skills: Minimum 4 years of hands-on expertise on Ariba E-sourcing & Contract module.
