About You

You have the ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills.  You can generate, visualise and present new ideas. You can work together with others in a team and confident in approaching and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.  You are flexible, hands-on approach to responsibilities and able to meet set deadlines.
 

Successful candidate should have:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Merchandising, Interior Design or Fashion
  • 5 years of retail visual merchandising experience in Fashion.
  • Proven ability to visualise, design and communicate fashion and retail solutions
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Proven commitment to high quality execution within limited time frames
  • Advanced knowledge of styling, power point, Microsoft office 
  • Good and effective communication
  • Innovative, Creative and detailed orientated
  • Ability to adapt to changes as required by the business
  • Monitors own work to ensure quality

 

About the Role

You are responsible to maintain and implement the visual display in the stores ensuring that VM guidelines issued by the principal are implemented effectively for promotional displays and features. To make the most effective use of resources and manpower.

 

Key Specific Accountabilities:

  • To maintain the store display standards and ensure adherence to the Company and brand display standards.
  • Arranges merchandise, signage, mannequins, furniture and backdrops according to the prearranged plan which is in line with company and brand standards.
  • Dresses mannequins for use in displays.
  • Remain aware of all in store development e.g.: new ranges, promotions, top sellers within each dept. to ensure adequate merchandising and support.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the promotions in the stores.
  • Liaise with the Signage suppliers and in store promotional graphics.
