The Leadership Development Coordinator will be part of the Leadership Development team in Global Learning.
What you'll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
- Provide support in monitoring program scheduling and registrations for leadership and targeted development
- Build classes in the Learning Hub, and maintain the class lifecycle from enrolling participants to closing out classes
- Create class notifications, prepare and communicate pre-work assignments and monitor completions
- Support leadership development with virtual and in-person program and event logistics, production and planning needs to include, but not limited to, room reservations, coordinating catering and materials preparation.
- Manage as needed LMS reporting for programs and audiences
- Coordinate Leader as Faculty program, including managing the calendar for guest speakers and disbursement of leader talking points
- Monitor Leadership Development mailbox, resolving issues for team members and business partners.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma/GED required
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in a commercial airline company with fundamental understanding of operations
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and functions as an integral part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focused mindset
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Works effectively both independently and with a team
- Operate with a high degree of self-motivation and self-direction
