- Responsible for managing projects, supporting the product teams and reporting project and product progress and issues to management. Also responsible for leading the Customer Solutions team through the phases of product lifecycle by showing the value of the initiatives and how they deliver on the assigned objectives and key results.
- This job is a member of the Customer Solutions Team within the Customer Experience Innovation and Delivery Division.
What you'll do
- Partners and builds relationships with managers and leaders throughout Customer Experience Innovation and Delivery
- Acts as a liaison to departments outside of Customer Experience Innovation and Delivery, including IT, Airport Customer Experience, Merchandising, Reservations, Revenue Management, Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Continues to develop Project Management and data analysis skills which will be useful for future project work within Customer Solutions or another department
- Presents project and product progress, risks and issues to the Customer Solutions leadership team
- Identifies opportunities and overcome obstacles to deliver on desired outcomes
- Works with the product teams to incorporate data into every phase of the product lifecycle in order to support current and future initiatives
- Acts as Customer Solutions primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned work
- Acts as resource to key internal departments to define and prioritize objectives and key results
- Communicates project and product status to management, key stakeholders and business leaders as necessary via presentations and other business documents
- Identifies concerns, researches solutions, and assists with gathering user feedback as necessary
- Ensures proper project and product document requirements and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered
- Conducts meetings
- Completes project and product tracking/analysis reports
- Leads management of and reporting on assigned projects and product initiatives
- Acts as resource to key internal departments to define and prioritize outcomes
- Continuously represent the user and incorporate feedback into all steps of the process

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience and training

2 years of airline experience

2 years Project Management experience

2 years of data analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Experience with product development

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or other data experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, etc
- Presentation experience including use of MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of key product development items, including objectives and key results (OKRs), product funding, product roles, integrating user feedback and scaling new technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
