Responsible for managing a portfolio of strategically important Travel Agencies focused on growing premium and corporate business, as well as government and leisure travel while deepening AA’s relationship and partnership with an account base. Works with all levels of leadership within accounts and partners with many internal teams to drive revenues to AA and our Joint Business Partners.
What you'll do

Leads selling activities and development of strategic relationships with key decision-makers; serves as voice of customer within AA

Engages and leverages service and support channels within AA while personally providing the appropriate level of service to agency partners

Gains deep understanding of AA’s internal business processes and protocols; understands cross-functional capabilities and maintains a strong internal network
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years of related experience, preferably in business-to-business sales

Value-based selling skills founded on business acumen and the ability to translate benefits into the customer’s business language

Proven ability to structure mutually beneficial business relationships, particularly with channel business managers and owners

Ability to accurately diagnose known and unknown account business needs and translate needs into opportunities and appropriate offerings
