Clearance Executive | Al Futtaim Logistics | Kizad, Abu Dhabi

 

About the Job:

We are currently looking for Clearance Executive for Al Futtaim Logistics in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will ensure timely fueling, picking, clearance, and supply   all vehicle import through Abudhabi ports in order to achieve customer satisfaction and business targets.

 

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Ensures that all the vehicles are fueled & picked as per SNA and lined up for car carrier load  
• Ensures that all the vehicles required for sales be cleared and supplied on time from port
• Provides assistance to the Clearance Supervisor for the timely processing of duty payment related documents
• Works hand-in-hand with the Clearance Supervisor to maintain effective coordination with internal and external customers in order to assist them in achieving their set goals and objectives.
• Maintains records for fueling new vehicles and ensures that all vehicles are filled with fuel as per customer requirements.
• Assists the Clearance Supervisor in the preparation of statements for submission to the Regional Operations Manager on monthly basis.

 

About You:

The successful candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics. You should have at least 2-3-years’ experience as a Clearance Coordinator in the UAE. Experience in customs documentation process is mandatory!

 

You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer. You should have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and has the ability to solve problems quickly.
