                                            Senior Manager -Mobility & Fleet Management Solutions

 

Job role:

  • The role is responsible for developing and implementing the Group - Mobility of things - business strategy through the creation of an ecosystem of fleet management solutions, training and standards, aiming to create a unique and competitive “one stop shop” concept for B2B customers.
  • The role will also cover the expansion of Fleet activities in Al Futtaim’s international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop a “one stop shop” Fleet Mobility solution offering, to satisfy current and future Customer demands (customized products, Financial options, B2B telematics and connectivity solutions, etc) , assuming the role of PMO for those initiatives, and ultimately responsible for delivering the end results
  • To lead the Fleet Marketing initiatives, including business intelligence, customer database Management and CRM programs, Communication plans and events (e.g – New model launches, Business days events, etc)
  • To develop and coordinate with the brands and relevant departments, effective fleet standards and processes as well as training programs for the sales force
  • Directly interact  with AFA International business to further expansion of B2B activities in those markets (reporting, exchange of best practices, etc)

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of business-to-business sales, Fleet and Mobility industry management experience across multiple locations, sales teams & profit centers, both OEM level and/or retail
  • Project management exposure and experience
  • Experience across multiple locations, sales teams & profit centers
  • Automotive experience in UAE/GCC markets is an advantage
  • Previous experience working outside home country is an advantage

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strong levels of commercial awareness and acumen
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
