The role is a part of the Diversity and Inclusion team within our People group. You will be supporting the DEI office on various initiatives and coordinate DEI efforts across multiple businesses and executive leadership.
What you'll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations
- Maintain the DEI assets, project list, internal diversity resource page, and DEI annual calendar
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed
- Provide support for internal and external educational programs and other events, including topic and speaker research, drafting event invitation and scripts, room set-up, catering orders, and coordinating post-event surveys
- Draft updates on D&I topics and events for various internal constituents
- Assist in preparing and tracking of D&I budget
- Schedule, attend, and prepare agenda, materials and minutes for meetings with Diversity & Inclusion Partners, Resource Group Leaders, etc.
- Provide administrative to all functions of the DEI office, including the creation of meeting presentations for Sr. level executives
- Coordinate the annual Diversity Awards application processes
- Collect and organize all diversity-related statistics and analyses used by the D&I team
- Assist on responses to diversity surveys and award submissions
- Assist with the support of ongoing EBRG support
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience
- 2 years related experience (HR, Diversity and Inclusion, Communications, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and related workplace issues
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and respond quickly under tight deadline pressure without error
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) applications
