Reporting to the Vice President, Treasurer, the Director of Treasury Services will lead the group responsible for the Company’s global banking organization, as well as lead the risk management and working capital functions. The Director will be joining as the Company embarks upon a modernization effort of the treasury team’s processes and will be tasked with steering that initiative and providing strategic oversight.

What you'll do

• Lead the RFP process and vendor selection for a new treasury workstation, as well as collaborate with the selected vendor, implementation manager and banking partners to maximize the benefit of the financial investment in systems
• Drive and define the Treasury Modernization effort across the Company’s transaction banking set up (account structure, payment process, cash positioning and cash forecasting) with a focus on increasing automation, capturing institutional knowledge and maintaining strong risk management and controls.
• Lead the day to day management of the treasury services teams, including domestic and international banking, as well as repatriation (spot FX program)
• Oversee the daily transaction banking requirements including payments, cash positioning, and cash forecasting
• Oversee working capital management, including management of working capital facilities, including the day to day management of the Company’s accounts receivable securitization program and any additional opportunities across payables and inventory solutions
• Oversee the Company’s letter of credit, guaranty, and surety bond program (“trade finance”)
• Collaborate with the corporate finance team in bank group management
• Assist the Asset Management team in liquidity management / investments
• Lead risk management reporting and analysis efforts’
• Assist in any hedging related activities including strategy, collateral management, settlement and counterparty exposure
• Assist in the Company’s LIBOR replacement initiative and other ad hoc exercises

All you'll need for success

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrates the highest standards of personal ethics and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
• 8 years of experience in leadership roles
• 8 years of experience across treasury and/or banking industries; experience with Bloomberg preferred

• Demonstrated experience with Treasury Workstations, such as Kyriba, Quantum, GTreasury, or similar
• Strong understanding of banking best practices, specifically around account structure optimization
• Strong understanding of macro-economic conditions and trends affecting markets, interest rates, financing risk and other key corporate finance considerations
• Fundamental understanding of corporate finance and how strategic initiatives and financial plans may impact all of the Company’s financial statements, obligations, and covenants
• Ability to convey the Company’s financial, operating, and strategic goals and accomplishments to credit rating agencies and lenders
