This job is a member of Corporate Development and Planning Team within the Finance Division.  ​The Analyst, Corporate Planning and Execution will act as an internal consultant and project manager for various commercial stakeholders.  Leads cross-functional initiatives, driving decisions and assisting with the implementation of project solutions.  As a part of the Corporate Planning and Execution team, this role may help coordinate enterprise-level governance and prioritization efforts in support of business, IT and finance stakeholders.  This position will regularly interact with all levels of management, produce objective analysis, facilitate discussions, and create and deliver executive-level presentations.

What you'll do

  • Project manage transformational initiatives, building project plans, facilitating meetings and following up with key stakeholders
  • Lead ad-hoc projects from planning to implementation, driving positive results
  • Synthesize business problems, identifies strategic options, defines outcomes and gains consensus among senior management on solutions
  • Create KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progress
  • Gather information from external and internal sources, using various research methods
  • Develop decks and present content to leaders and working groups

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of related experience 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Master of Business Administration
  • Experience in project management and/or consulting a plus

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a variety of demanding situations
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues using an analytical framework, and develop creative solutions to business challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management
  • Ability to problem solve and effectively deal with ambiguity
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage stress, while working in a variety of situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Webex
