  • ​This job is a member of the Cargo Sales Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • ​Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives for a portfolio of Global Accounts in order to meet Cargo Sales revenue goals, departmental objectives and corporate marketing initiatives. This will involve coordinating the sales approach to, and relationships with, Global Accounts across and beyond the entire network.

What you'll do

  • Negotiates incentive deals with key customers
  • Negotiates customer pricing agreements which may be local or regional in scope
  • Works with the Cargo Operations team to provide strategic service delivery
  • Works closely with the field sales team to ensure consistent customer strategy
  • Prepares and develops customized customer reviews and performance presentations that reflect the strategy of Cargo Sales
  • Interfaces with and makes presentations to the senior management of large, multinational forwarders and the AA team
  • Represents AA at various Cargo Industry events
  • Develops strategies to improve performance for corporate and channel accounts
  • Works closely in cooperation with our Cargo interline and GSA teams
  • Must be willing to travel for business as needed
