MIS and Warranty Manager
Job Purpose:
- The purpose of the job is to manage the MIS activities of After sales Department for UAE which would enable service management to run their business more efficiently and profitably. The objective is also to enhance customer experience by providing a one-stop shop solution through continuous improvement of system.
- The person has to liaison with the Principles Honda, Volvo, Chrysler Jeep & Dodge and ensure submission of MIS reports as per the dealership agreements. Continuous improvement of system support to associates also needs to be ensured.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Reports and Annual Budgets
- Identify and implement change initiatives using the SAP platform, current and future technology.
- Develop SAP skills of Managers at Locations to prepare KPI’s to monitor and improve performance
- Identify the best and innovative working practices being used in the workshops and ensure “Roll out “across all Locations.
- Maintenance of SAP Master Data
- Supervise Service Staff Incentive and Commissions working and submission to Finance
- Liaise with IT Enterprises / STS to resolve Interface System issues as well as for system enhancements
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Auto Engineering Or Degree/Diploma in IT
Experience: Total experience 8 years in automobile service industry, out of 8 years, 5 years of experience in the role of MIS Executive.
