The Manager, Campus Recruitment will design the strategy, develop and deliver American’s campus programs to recruit top talent to the organization.
What you'll do
- Responsible for campus recruitment initiatives to deliver on each program, which include MBA/Advanced degree, undergraduate, interns, apprenticeships and other college-based programs that support the business
- Will develop resources and structure for communication of campus programs to ensure consistent delivery of strategy and execution across all business functions
- Leads a team of specialists who partner with the business to understand goals and targets, and recruit talent on-campus or with virtual initiatives to meet annual recruitment targets
- Partners equally with stakeholders across American, and with colleges across the United States, to determine a strategy for campus recruitment post-pandemic
- Responsible for developing our college portfolio, while growing and deepening relationships with strategic partnerships
- Defines appropriate support to deliver on recruitment targets, including hiring events to attend, and other resources needed
- Responsible for regular reporting scorecards to share with Talent leadership and other stakeholders
- Leads a team of specialists and reports into the Director of Global Talent, while partnering and collaborating with business leaders, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, People Business Partners, Leadership Development, and other functions
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally within a Business or HR concentration, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in recruitment in large, complex global organizations
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Proven results in attracting the very top talent in specialized field
- Exposure and understanding of enterprise wide planning activities

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
