  • The Talent Operations Manager drives recruitment excellence across the Talent Acquisition team.  Key responsibilities include consulting and collaborating with other Talent Acquisition groups, Recruiting Process Outsourcers (RPOs), business leaders, and People leadership. Will build best in class strategies and execution around data and analytics, technology, Talent Acquisition trainings and communication, candidate experience and business processes. 

What you'll do

  • Leads, develops and cares for team members
  • Responsible for strategic initiatives including process optimization, and all that impact recruitment technology
  • Bolsters the candidate experience with a focus on delivering excellence during all stages of recruitment
  • Identifies, evaluates, and implements systems and tools to find, attract and hire the best talent
  • Oversees recruiting functions to deliver a consistent strategy and user experience across the organization
  • Oversees RPO operations, quality control of services rendered, service level agreements and process efficiency
  • Partners with HR Compliance team to determine ways to reduce time to hire
  • Leads and performs data analysis, develops and implements strategies, and drives best practices within Talent Acquisition 
  • Spearheads the development of strategic metric scorecards and dashboards
  • Manages the RCM and RMK modules in Success Factors 
  • Drives consistency of programs through the building of business process guidelines, communications and trainings
  • Leads the development of training materials to ensure best-in-class Talent Acquisition support and development
  • Analyzes data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes
  • Manages projects and change initiatives, including educating the teams on metrics, reports and system usage
  • Comprehensive Project Management along with development of reports/tools to track all milestones and deliverables

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience in large, complex, global organizations
  • Management or lead experience developing and managing teams

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to groups and leaders at all organizational levels

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in talent acquisition processes, including development, analysis and management of KPIs and metrics
  • Demonstrated experience designing and transforming processes and programs that align with how the business operates 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and tell the story behind the data
  • Energetic, forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high quality work product
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, able to embrace change
  • Highly proficient in all modules of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint)
