- The Manager, Talent Sourcing will define, implement and grow American’s talent sourcing function to support recruitment initiatives by working leaders within the organization to proactive build diverse talent pipeline for a broad range of needs, including succession planning, new positions, backfill to open positions. This position will report into the Senior Manager of Executive Recruitment.
What you'll do
- Design and build a sourcing infrastructure that allows our team to build long term relationships with potential candidates
- Build a diverse talent pipeline by identifying potential individuals for Director’s and above hard-to-fill
- Build an intentional pipeline of qualified candidate for specialized and high demand skill sets across our business
- Assess candidate’s skills and capabilities, while building relationships with them for potential future roles
- Lead the team that will be responsible for supporting the company’s recruitment efforts
- Track, engage and connect our job opportunities with candidate’s career’s development goals
- Play a key role in the design and build of Director’s and above recruitment initiatives and processes
- Collaborate with business leaders, People Business Partners, Leadership Development, and other functions
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally within a Business or HR concentration or equivalent experience
- 5 years experience in recruitment and sourcing in large, complex global organizations
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience in designing and implementing talent sourcing strategies and delivery
- Proven results in attracting the very top talent in specialized fields
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Knowledge of best in class CRM tools within the market

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing a high-quality work product
