The job is a member of the Digital User Experience (UX) team within the Customer Experience Division.

Primary responsibilities of this role will include creating, maintaining and evaluating process models, develop necessary tools and reporting, and manage content for the DCX SharePoint and related communication tools.
What you'll do

- Develops and maintains DCX processes, standards, and required templates following project management best practices and principles including change management, governance tools and escalation processes
- Manages the aggregation of weekly reporting as needed to support the new taxonomy
- Creates custom workflows requested by the team to streamline processes and create custom notifications
- Creates and upkeeps DCX SharePoint content – including keeping the content structure relevant and accurate
- Implements Business Intelligence or Tableau dashboards, which will provide high level analytics to our leadership team
- Collaborates with the Product Management team to prepare concise status reports for multi-departmental leadership that reflect overall status, current issues and risks, including mitigation and contingency plans
- Builds good working relationships with all DCX internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for stakeholder management and engagement at pre-defined points in the process
- Defines review process & required templates to ensure objectives and key results indicators are defined and measured for effort execution efficiency
- Creates and delivers training to our team members as new processes, tools, and templates are released

- Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in project management or at least two years of relevant project management experience (preferably implementing complex business processes and initiatives); or equivalent experience/training
- Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Experience implementing IT systems
- Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel macro tools, Visio and MS Projects
- Advanced SharePoint Skills, including the managing of advance modern apps such as PowerApps and Flow
- Experienced and confident in managing multiple streams of work simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications preferred
