The job is part of the Digital Management Office (DMO) Team within the Digital and Distribution Organization, part of the Customer Division.

Responsible for providing support and resources to aid the Digital and Distribution Product Teams. The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to provide transparency and key communication through identifying potential collisions and constraints. The Project Manager increases collaboration by working with multiple stakeholders to ensure information and resources flow through the team in a timely manner. Partners with various cross-functional teams to develop, improve and evolve processes while driving strategic execution.
What you'll do
- Optimizes processes within the Digital and Distribution organization to enable product teams to efficiently track milestones and progress towards their Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Coordinates with Finance to gather all department budget justifications, track spending and provide analysis on teams’ progress throughout the year
- Provides OKR status updates to leadership and the department to identify and manage risks, dependencies and roadblocks
- Provides recommendations to Leadership based on roadblocks that were identified
- Standardizes, builds and develops templates that teams can utilize to keep reporting and tracking consistent
- Maintains Digital and Distribution SharePoint sites by updating data on processes as they change, as well as creating and maintaining an intake process for the different services that are provided by the Digital and Distribution teams
- Participates in and leads cross functional teams to manage enterprise efforts
- Cultivates strong working relationships with all Digital and Distribution internal and external stakeholders and be able to report progress to these stakeholders
- Supports, plans and participates in the Big Room Planning exercises which unite departments to discuss their roadmaps while considering their progress, risks and dependencies
- Works closely with the Customer Advocacy team and alert product teams to customer concerns

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
- 3 years relevant project management experience, preferably implementing complex business processes and initiatives
- Experience coordinating and driving multiple portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in project management
- Experience with AA’s digital technology and business rules
- Experience with SharePoint and workflows
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Self-starter, action-focused, pragmatic, confident, analytical and extremely organized
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to influence peers, Digital and Distribution leaders and multiple stakeholders to drive results and meet aggressive timelines across multiple project and program initiatives
- Responsive and efficient with communications that allows for silos to be broken down
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, organized, true-to-deadlines, and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
- Strong communication skills both written and oral with ability to understand how to adjust communications to the audience
- Ability to manage competing priorities to effectively deliver results
- Highly analytical and an expert with excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work with creatives and get them to understand the value of documenting their efforts
- Ability to build, manage and maintain healthy relationships
