This role is a member of the Executive Recruitment team within Global Talent and is responsible for delivering a world-class candidate experience during the recruitment process. The position will support the recruitment team with a broad range of activities to attract leadership talent to the company.
What you'll do
- Manage positive candidate experience online or in person by being an advocate for American Airlines throughout the recruitment process
- Support to Talent leadership team to assist with administrative assistance
- Manages candidate travel accommodations and reimbursements
- Collaborates with team members across workgroups and stations to deliver candidate experience
- Creates reports and track statistics to ensure excellence in recruiting practices
- Assist with the use of applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
- Partner with candidates, leaders and executive assistants for scheduling and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Involvement in internal projects to enhance candidate experience
- Play a key role in the design and build of sourcing and recruitment initiatives and processes
- Collaborate with candidates and leaders, and with other team members from Coupa, HRIS, Finance, Compensation and Talent team
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent training/experience
- 2 years in a support capacity with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Knowledge in recruiting and/or HR
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Customer service focused professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situation
- Ability to work well under pressure with out of hours work sometimes required
- Ability to multi task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadline
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressure
- Organizational skills to accomplish multiple tasks and assignments
- Ability to have great attention to process and be detail oriented
- Knowledge of QIK, Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
