What you'll do

 

  • Leads new space for strategy, design and delivery within Team Member Experience, connecting insights to drive meaningful action across workgroups, levels and categories 
  • Design strategy, process, content and implementation for critical work environment initiatives, while anticipating and balancing forthcoming needs of our team and the business
  • Establish strong partnerships rooted in trust and collaboration directly with our People Business Partners, Global Learning, Business units and other subject-matter-experts 
  • Constantly seek to improve and make things better – start with why, ask how and what; assess and measure efforts within work environment, identify gaps and needs, and 
  • Leverage data and market analysis to enhance work environment and culture related issues (e.g. harassment, discrimination, bullying and intimidation) 
  • Partner closely with Global People Partners and Global Learning to design and deliver focused strategy and development sessions that positively impact work environment
     

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior or related field 
  • 5+ Years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or Leadership Development  
  • 2+ Years of leadership development and/or facilitation


Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • MBA or master degree in organizational behavior, human resources, education or related field
  • Experience working with investigative process and/or in work environment related role
  • Experience in design and delivery of large scale programs across a diverse team member base
  • Proven ability to effectively facilitate large groups with character, context, capability, and confidence

  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed with outstanding consulting skills: conduct needs-analysis, quickly grasp the nature of business to creatively solve complex problems
  • A team player with an exceptional ability to partner, build and maintain critical relationships and diplomacy with all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with the uncomfortable in presenting ideas with context, clarity, meaning, and impact with both small and large groups; effectively navigates uncertainty and change
  • Exceptional project management skills; ability to take the initiative anticipating and handling problems or incidents before they become major issues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facilitation/presentation skills; ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the big picture and implore strong judgment, decisiveness, and diplomacy skill
  • Proven ability to maintain highly confidential information
