After Sales Manager – Toyota Material Handling Equipment | Commercial Vehicle | Dubai

 

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager for our Commercial Vehicle Division in Dubai.  Reporting to the Head of TMH Division, you will formulate, develop and direct Aftersales business strategy and activity to achieve budgeted targets for financial and trading performance whilst continually enhancing the organizational culture, value and reputation in the market with all employees, customers, principals and regulatory bodies. 

 

The Aftersales Manager will head the Service and Parts division of the location reporting to the Regional Aftersales Manager. Among your key responsibilities as are as follow:
•    Monitor and improve service and parts KPI’s to achieve business objectives.
•    Ensure enhancement of customer experience to drive Best In Town program.
•    Ensure best work environment through Associate Engagement activities.
•    Ensuring constant onboarding flow of trained technical staff to avoid skills shortages and operational disruptions caused by skills
•    deficiencies.
•    Managing relations with all internal (HR, Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing) departments to ensure optimal performance levels..

 

About You:
To be successful on this role, you must have the following qualification, skills and experience:
•    Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering and Business Management specialization
•    At least 3 years of experience in a similar role gained in the Commercial Vehicles service industry
•    Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Automotive Management.
•    Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
•    Strong knowledge of Dubai market is required
•    Must be an effective communicator and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
•    UAE Driving License is a must
