Job Title: Commercial Executive
Reports to: Commercial Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales Operations
- Prepare Cost sheet
- Ensure Timely creation of sales orders
- Creation of Purchase orders
- Creation of Delivery Orders
Account Receivable Management
- Submit invoices to Customer
- Submit LC documents to Customers
- Payment follow-ups
Account Payable Management
- Timely submission of Invoices to finance
- Principals SOA & Reconciliation.
- Complete track of Vendor Payments
JOB CONTEXT
The employee must work closely with Business Finance team regularly for day-to-day activities, month/ year end closing, audit process and thereby provide MIS to GM/FC in timely manner. The person must have thorough knowledge of Revenue & AR management and expected to have understanding of P&L.
As an employee you should have the complete understanding of accounting process as per prevailing standards and needs to handle jobs in SAP. Need to co-ordinate with commercial team and treasury for LC’s, BG and suppliers payments.
The employee should implement and handle best practices to the business and the individual must demonstrate broad interpersonal skills in dealing with all internal departments, customers, vendors and principals.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelors/Post Graduate of Commerce or MBA
- High proven academic achievement
- Advance users of MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts/ Finance/ B2B trading environment
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good planning & organizing skills
- Commercial/ Business acumen
Behavioural Competencies:
