About You

What's more, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:
- Live and share the IKEA values every day
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Technology
- Minimum 5 years extensive experience in the IKEA range
- Extensive knowledge in analytics and how to evolve product strategy based on sales, analytics, and industry trends
- Ability of making commercial decisions based on market knowledge.
- Experience of digital business and sell steering in an Omnichannel environment
- Good understanding of all aspects of the IKEA multichannel shopping experience
- Understanding of digital technology and processes that can support and develop business
- Ability to create qualitative commercial offers and performance
- Ability & passion in transforming IKEA to be the world’s leading multichannel home furnishing retailer
- Strong relationship and networking skills
- Experience in stakeholder and change management
- Good communication, negotiation and influence skills
About the Role
You lead the detailed work when it comes to the availability, (range) changes and optimisation of the IKEA range offer on digital channels. Addition to this also simplify the digital buying process and deliver shopping behaviour insights.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
- Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer
- Contribute to optimise the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work pro-actively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level
- Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insights and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer, in close coordination with logistics/ fulfilment team
- Administrate the range changes on all digital channels (Web, App & In-store digital tools)
- Responsible for defining forecast for the sales and activities needs within the range scope
- Optimise the sales and margin of the range and follow up on fulfilment of the goals
- Simplify the digital buying process based on the feedback from the customers
- Contribute to the marketing campaigns by recommending the content based on the activity plans,
- Contributing to the Web/App commerciality in close coordination with the merchandisers, UX/UI
- Responsible for securing that the agreed range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to business rules
- Creating activity/campaign briefs to the SEO, SEM & GMB agency to ensure the planned commercial activities are reflected.
- Active involvement in the development of all in-store and online digital products in order to incorporate the commercial priorities & capabilities
- Ensuring product reviews (rating & Review) are addressed promptly and with utmost customer focus to build trust towards the brand
- Plan and forecast the online activities, measure the effectiveness of the campaigns, sales & margin and performance reporting
