Sales Coordinator – Used Car | Trading Enterprises | Dubai

 

About the Position:  
Trading Enterprises is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator in Dubai. As a Sales Coordinator, your primary focus is to contribute towards the planned growth and development of the Used Car Operation, in its aim to explore untapped opportunities and raise administrative effectiveness, thus optimising business in an increasingly sophisticated and expanding used car market.


You will act as the link between the various roles in the branch and the external providers such as workshops, driver, external regulatory agencies and to ensure seamless vehicle delivery to the customer each and every time, while maintaining error free transactions records of purchases and invoicing done at the branch You are expected to efficiently complete vehicle invoices, produce reports via SAP IS Auto, assist in showroom vehicle display matrix, inventory management, maintain demo records and keying of discounts in SAP. You are also expected to assist in initiating and managing the process for new car registration and complete general showroom administration duties including liaising with HR, STS and other internal partners.

 

About You:  
The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and must have at least 2 years’ experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support & Coordination within Automotive industry. You must be efficient in coordination in respect of the day-to-day activities of a busy used car operations

 

You should also be able to communicate effectively and can work at flexible hours. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset. You must have an outgoing personality with the ability to deal with people of diverse nationalities at various levels.
