• This position is a member of the Cargo Revenue Management team within the Cargo Commercial Division.
• This position functions as the Team Lead with a focus on cargo pricing across the globe.

What you'll do

• Provides strategic guidance, focus, and leadership to a team of analysts
• Works closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy to identify growth opportunities and create innovative pricing and customer strategies that meet market demand
• Assists with the implementation of Cargo's forecasting and optimization tools designed to maximize unit revenue performance
• Creates developmental opportunities for team members
• Participates in the development of the annual revenue plan
• Presents projects and revenue results to senior management

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• MBA degree Revenue management experience Knowledge of supply chain/cargo/air freight economics

• Strong leadership, analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and to support critical business decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong aptitude for creative problem solving and for synthesizing large volumes of detailed information into a concise presentation
• Ability to make independent decisions as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, to work well with minimal supervision, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to help new analysts develop core revenue management competencies
• Outcome-focused, able to develop own and team priorities towards key deliverables
• Ability to project a positive attitude to both management and a team of analysts
