Why you'll love this job

In this aspect, the manager of this team must develop and maintain relationships with many groups across the commercial organization, including the Agency/Sales team.
- In addition to the Revenue Integrity aspect, this team also solves just-in-time problems through Robotic Process Automation. More specifically, to (re)solve some of the most complicated aspects of our reservation system, we routinely utilize automation to adjust passenger records to ensure a smooth operation when a customer goes to the airport to fly. This team holds responsibility over a decision/automation engine that adjusts these passengers records as required.
- This team also maintains the current view and future view of availability distribution, as well as paving the paths to Offer and Order Management. More specifically, this team will help navigate a path in a rapidly changing and more complex marketplace. Inventory system, pricing systems, new delivery capabilities, offer management, product segmentation, enhanced channel optimization, & other commercial initiatives must be coordinated and prioritized to continue to give the RM team tools needed to compete and win. This new team will help us on this journey, and help us ensure there is a methodical and holistic approach to the future of RM.
