• This job is a member of the Airport Operations Performance Readiness Team.

• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance for policy and procedures and leading projects related to airport operations within the Airport Operations Support organization.

What you'll do

• Responsible for Customer Operations baggage policies and procedures and related baggage and MBR improvement initiatives
• Leads the Crew Chief Working group and facilitates collaboration on policy and procedure changes
• Responsible for Customer Operations uniform policies and procedures
• Responsible for Exterior Security Search policies and procedures · Participates in various working groups
• Supports the overall team with important policy and procedure initiatives including weight and balance tracking, compliance, and initiative development
• Must be willing to travel on company business when necessary

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalency

• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

• Management experience

• Ramp experience a plus

• Understanding of the ramp policies and procedures

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and SABRE

• Ability to collaborate well with many different departments

• Knowledge of the safety & risk management process and have the ability to complete risk assessments
